Interested in our holistic 1:1 Training Programs but looking for remote support? Our personalised Online Training Consultation is the place to start. Our Online Training Consultation via Zoom will introduce you to our remote support tailored to your specific needs and goals. Our head trainer Ryan will learn about your specific needs and goals, discuss your dog's behaviour, suggest management and training exercises, and recommend whether a further program will be beneficial for long-term success.
Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be scheduled and completed within the 6-week timeframe. Stellar Program: This 3-month program includes six one-on-one sessions. All sessions must be scheduled and completed within the 3-month period. Supernova Coaching Program: This program requires a minimum 3-month commitment and includes six one-on-one sessions. After the initial 3 months, the program continues on a rolling monthly basis. All sessions must be scheduled and completed within the billing period. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your program within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, refunds will not be issued. For the Supernova rolling monthly program, we require one month's notice prior to cancellation. No-Show Policy: We operate a two-strike policy for no-shows. After two missed sessions, any future sessions will be terminated, and you will be ineligible to book with us in the future. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions. Session Cancellation by Us: If we need to cancel a session, we will offer either a refund or an alternative session date.
