At Constellation Dog Training, we take your privacy seriously. Please read the follow page to find out more about how we use your information.

What information do we collect about you?

We collect and store personal information when you get in touch and enquire about our services via our website, booking form, social media, or email.

This information may include:

  • Personal identifiers (such as name, email address and contact phone number/s)

  • Your dog's name, breed and age

  • Your home address (only when booking 1:1 training sessions or Pre-puppy Consultations)

How will we use this information?

Most of the personal information we receive is provided to us directly by the client by getting in touch or filling in of a contact form or booking a session with us. This information allows us to:

  • Reply to queries and send information that you have requested

  • To add you to any class or workshop lists that you have booked on to

  • Understand about your dog, any potential problems or behavioural issues they may have, and your address so we can attend training at your location (if needed)

  • To send confirmation emails for any booked sessions

  • Send marketing emails (if you have given consent)

  • To use for invoicing purposes

We also receive personal information indirectly from cookies on our website. This allows us to track functionality of the website, and ensure it is working as intended.

This information may be shared with Gmail or Wix to enable us to send emails or create booking forms and links for you to book sessions, as well as taking online payments. This information will be shared within Constellation Dog Training so that we can carry out any requests you may have.

Your information will not be used for any other purpose, nor shared with any other organisation.

Marketing

We will only send marketing emails that are related to Constellation Dog Training if you have consented to this. If you have signed up to marketing emails but would like to be removed from our marketing list, please email us at contact@constellationdogtraining.co.uk.

You have the right to request a copy of any of the information we hold about you. You also have the right to be removed from our distribution list at any time. ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Constellation Dog Training is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability. We aim to adhere as closely as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0, Level AA), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make Web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user friendly to everyone. Whilst Constellation Dog Training strives to adhere to the guidelines and standards for accessibility, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website and we are currently working to achieve this.
